• Security (Wordfence, CleanTalk): identifies trusted browsers, blocks bots and spam on forms. Session to 30 days.
• Performance (LiteSpeed Cache): tells the server which cached version of a page to serve. Session.
• Forms (Gravity Forms): keeps a partially completed form from losing your entries. Session.

Analytics

• Google Analytics 4 (property G-FFLELCNR4R, loaded through Google Tag Manager GTM-PZVP4P4K): cookies _ga and _ga_* measure visits, pages viewed, time on site, form submissions, phone clicks and the source of each visit so we can understand how patients find and use the Site. Advertising

• Google Ads (account AW-11482574012): conversion tracking cookies (_gcl_au and related) measure whether a visit from one of our ads led to a call, a form submission or a thank-you page view, and remarketing cookies allow us to show ads to previous visitors on Google and partner sites. Expire after 90 days. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

Embedded Content

• YouTube: patient story videos are embedded from YouTube, which may set cookies when you play a video. We use the standard embed; playing a video is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Maps: the map on our appointment page is loaded from Google and may set cookies to remember map preferences.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when they are requested. No cookies are set.

What We Do Not Do

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies to collect the contents of appointment or new patient forms, and we do not place advertising pixels on pages where health information is entered. We do not sell information collected by cookies.
